Octavia 2 Rear Wiper Retrofit

Hello everyone!

My Octavia 2 1.9TDI didn't come with a rear wiper, and after an unfortunate event in which my original tailgate got damaged, I ended up buying one with a wiper. So far i got all the 3 extra wires to the front of the car, the black and purple one was added in the fuse box but i'm not sure where exactly to install the other two green ones. I tried putting the green and red line one in the central electronics module under the dashboard in the J plug and when i tried to turn the wiper on, the windshield washers started as well, this was after i added a relay into DWP-H slot, as only in the DWP-V there was one, If i dont add it the washers dont start at all. Do I need to change the pump for the reservoir too? I don't really want to have it wash the rear too but if it's necessary i'll change it too but dont install the hose from the font all the way to the rear.

The steering wheel module is 1K0 953 549 AG
