Spare wheel tool kit/holder

Featured Replies

Hi, I’ve already tried searching the forum for answers but to no avail.

my ‘66 plate Octavia Scout didn’t come with a spare wheel- it was supplied with the compressor and sealant but I’ve since purchased a genuine  205/55/16 spare wheel.
My car obviously has the wrong polystyrene in the spare wheel well and I also do not have the large diameter fixing screw to securely hold down the new spare wheel, nor do I have the polystyrene that fits into the wheel (that also has ‘cut outs’ for wheel removal tools). I have the jack etc.

Could any of you knowledgeable people assist me as the wheel is taking up a fair bit of room on my boot floor and tbh I’m a bit OCD about things being where they should!

Would I be able to take my car to a Skoda dealer and order what’s needed????

Any advice would be very much appreciated!

Thank you.

I believe this is what you require, most dealers should be able to supply it, you might even find one on Ebay. https://www.theskodashop.co.uk/products/copy-of-spare-wheel-kit-octavia-iii-vrs?_pos=1&_sid=a4aeaafb8&_ss=r
