Caught the sill dropping off a high kerb today. Doh.

 

What's the best approach to repairing this, please?

Just chuck some fresh undersealant over the missing area, no need for any metalwork.

Any recommendations for an underseal brand? 

 

Would prefer it to not to be obvious that it's been repaired there so I guess brush on would be best to keep the area covered (presumably be black against silver black) down?

I don't do brands and I don't do colours, it's in a place where it can't be seen so who cares.

Maybe grey stone chip protection paint

Be sure to scrape off any loose bits first and overlap the old sealant with the new stuff, to create a good seal.

To be honest, there's nothing really loose there. When it's dry, I'll probably spray it with the stone chip then put some underseal over it.

a good white silicone would do the same job
