Just curious what actually happens on a second service  ,  what do they actually do. Do they do another oil change to change filters break fluid do they do the coolant

Your car will probably need an extended scope service.

Usually gentler than the first service, more important to get it in than out, even at the risk of a more challenging return. Avoid the dreaded double-fault.
