Had the radio out of my 2018 Fabia mk3 and noticed there was a port in the back with nothing in it, anyone able to tell me what its for?

MOST (optical databus), not used in Fabia but used in other cars that can be equipped with the same infotainment unit (Octavia, Superb, Kodiaq, Karoq)
