That doesnt sound good.

 

If you have the bonnet open when you turn the engine off you may be able to hear which part of the engine it is coming from.

 

My first thought would be to keep an ear on the cooling fan.

 

If it happens every time, then a trip to a garage may be needed

I found out it’s the radiator shutters exhaust flap and throttle plate

Glad you found the source, but as non one else has it (and I guess it wasn't an optional extra) there must be a fault there
