Skoda one?

i dunno,hence why im asking.

i dont know if they do one for the vrs, or even if one can be fitted to it at all.

hence my post.

I bought a Skoda genuine one when I got the car, fits properly, although its made for Skoda by Thule or one of the specialist manufacturers I believe.

Well worth the money.

how long do they take to fit and remove?

Part number on box is LAT 410 001 - Roof Bars.

Few minutes once worked out, longer the first time.

If you leave them assembled not long at all. Look on your roof and you'll see the fixing points.

What do you guys find the best tool to use and best way to get the little things out?

Yes Stu, we still havn't done it  We will be attempting it this afternoon as our shifts are all over the place at the moment, and I don't like leaving Big V alone with Mr P if I can help it :D

Used a small screw driver - carefully.

I have some spares though if you break one.

Ive got the geniune skoda one, and its well built etc BUT i do think its one big pain in the ar*e to fit, but once its on you could carry a horse with it.

Although i think its a pain to fit, its lockable and very strong, ive had four Mountain bikes on and no bent bars or anything bad like that.

We put one bar on this afternoon to see how long it would take. Used a tiny screwdriver to pop the whatsits out, came out fine no probs  What a b*tch to get back in though! One of the little plastic ledges that sits inside the hole slipped down so the clip just fell through as it had nothing to sit on  Got it back though  certainly strong and sturdy but as has been said before, it's made by a leading roofrack company.
