Hello, 

 

I have had vrs for 3 year and a cool 90k miles but I have just come in to a few issues.

 

The Glow plug light came on and stop start failed. I carried on using the car then the engine management light came on and the car went in to limp mode 2 week after.  
 

So I replaced the glow plugs, then the start motor failed. Replaced starter motor and now when cranked will be a constant sound of the starter motor  and will not stop cranking until power is turned off and the car will not fire.
 

I have plugged the car in but no issues are related to the starting the car.

 

Any help is appreciated

What is the CANBUS error logs say then? Can you post them in here for us?
