SEEMS VERY QUICK.....6.7 0-60??? 0-100 16.6 sec

sounds about right with a decent driver / chipped.

unchipped is about 18 i would think.

think that is meant to be standard 180bhp!!!

I suspect those are the AutoCar figures...
They are, Geoff. :)
They are, Geoff. :)

For which the figure of 210 Bhp is often quoted i do believe?

It would be really interesting to get some figures from a few of our cars. Anyone got a decent performance meter ?

Could be an interesting exercise for a meet sometine ;)

You could always time it with the CD player :llol: :llol: :llol:

Perhaps Denis has a sundial we could use?

It'll be more accurate than the CD player :D

GPS - yes; sundial - no. The GPS would come in handy for establishing speedo error before doing the timing runs. Oh, and don't be cheeky to your elders..... grumpy.gif

Got the performance meter if you've got the road.

Officially, the Autocar test car was standard, but the figures suggest it was anything but, hence those times are for a "standard" RS.

I think we all know better ;)

You can always ask 'the man' himself unless by now he's in the Orkneys and still trying to get back from Duxford.

One of these days.

Honestly.

If anyone wants to try a rolling road session, let me know.

I'll probably try and book one early in the new year.
