Enyaq Wireless Android Auto

Featured Replies

Recently tried my Samsung X-Cover 5 on AA. Ive connected to the blue-tooth and in vehicle wi-fi and the infotainment screen shows connected and android auto available. But on the screen where it shows AA and Apple Car Play i don't have the Android Auto option, if i press the Android Auto icon to connect it says "Unable to connect you X-Cover 5, The phone is at Version 11 Android, not to sure what else to try?

The first time I connected to AA it was using a cable.

Somehow after much faffing about it works now. Had to delete the app cache and reboot the phone, delete the Bluetooth and wifi connections and start from step 1.

Does anyone have a link to the step by step guide?  I am struggling also to get my phone to connect wirelessly to my enyaq coupe

I found mine worked fine, it comes up initially as smartlink.

Download and install android auto on the phone.

Allow it access to Bluetooth and WiFi as it needs both, then it should connect with no issues.
