Fabia MK2 with single wiper?

Featured Replies

simple, fit to existing screws / fixings.

There are a few screws that hold on the trim... You remove them, add the flaps and either re-screw or fit slightly longer screws. About three or four per flap, if memory serves.

I had some cheap Chinese ones, that cost around a tenner for all four. Looked good, slightly shorter (And better looking, for it) Then original Skoda parts but have tended to be less sturdy, too. At a tenner a set, its worth it but if the car is a keeper, fit genuine ones. They cost around £30 a pair, I think, so look out for bargains.

Thanks guys I'll have a look for some originals if possible because I'd like to keep my car for a while.

The Chinese ones are shorter and look worse so might aswell source quality genuine Skoda ones.

I have some universal ones on my car, they work well and are nice to have given our roads. If I were to do it again I would have took more time and done a neater job, but they have held up well regardless.

Great thing about here is that 99% of cars run mud guards or mud flaps so spray is not as bad from cars infront.

Cars only low in that first picture because It was full up with people and luggage. Haven't joined the agri spec scene just yet.

Thanks for this, I'll have a think about it, your Fabia looks good also!! I'd like a nice exhaust like yours.

That exhaust is an Ultersport one I bought with a darkside developments downpipe. Whole lot for 140 euro, 25 of which was the backbox. Bit of paint and some polish and you'd think it was new!

Must get some video of it driving by and post it up.

That's not much really considering how nice it looks.
