Coding and adaptations in South Wales

Hi, now my 17 plate FL Octavia is out of warranty I'm interested in making a few changes. Things I'm interested in are:

• enabling virtual sub
• disabling fake engine noise
• extra colours for interior lighting
• high beam assist if possible
• traffic sign recognition 
• reducing the interval of headlight washers

 

There are probably other things that I'd benefit from but don't know what's possible. 

 

Is there anyone in South Wales who could help on this? I'm not looking for a freebie, happy to pay my way. Sadly I don't have the time, or probably ability, to learn this myself.

Thanks, I'm aware of Sasha's skills but she's a good 3-4 hrs away

Might be worth using the owners map/list to find someone local. Seem to be a few in South Wales
