Hissing/crackle with infotainment off

Does it with ignition off completely. Any ideas?

Not that I’ve got any suggestions but just to be clear, is that before you activate the ignition or after you switch off, remove the key and open the door?

 

VW group vehicles have various media / radio ‘powered up’ status situations once you unlock……….

 

 

Do you have the voice amplifier feature, not sure what it's called.

Could it be that?

I’m not sure as I don’t know what that is.

Did you ever find out what it was? My Octy 4 is starting to do the same, sounds like radio interference but with radio on r off, very strange noise.
