Hi all, As title, my sons Fabia Mk 1 is showing the EPC light , but I can find no fault. Any suggestions would be great. I propose to do a full service this weekend but I am worried that this will not help. Thanks in advance. Mick

What are you looking with? Try VCDS.

EPC is usually specific to emissions and fuelling, as Ken says there will be a code stored but your code reader probably can't see it.

Check whether your brake lights are working normally.

And feel free to tell us which engine this Fabia has.

Hi all, a continuation of this problem. I replaced the throttle body and the evap valve. Car ran better but still not right. Light came on again reset and it stays off for 10 mins. Now its ticking over rough as though   its disconnecting every 30 secs for  a split second then resumes and repeats. Does anyone know anyone in Bury Lancs area who can sort this issue for me. If it's misfiring it's probably a failing coil pack.
