Mounting extra lights on 2007 Roomster Scout

I have mounted extra high beam lights on my roomster (absolutely necessary due to the abundance of deer here), but I cannot figure out where to take "control power" from, to regulate them turning on and off, since both high beam and low beam is on the same bulb (H7 i believe).

I have the cornering lights, which uses the same bulb in low beam as in high beam, only "dimmed" down. The fog lights go on with the high beam, but they also turn on and off with cornering so that cannot be used. I also believe there is no fuse for the high beam specifically (perhaps obviously). Has anyone installed extra lights and know where I should begin to look?
