Does a 2017 1.5TSi ACT DSG require a cam belt change like (the majority) of diesels mentioned when the topic of cam belts comes up?

 

I'm not so much bothered about the time interval between changes just does my car require a cam belt to be changed regularly?

The 1.4 & 1.5 TSI engines according to advice from Skoda UK should have their cambelt changed regularly, they say every 5 years (or 50,000 miles whichevere comes first IIRC).
