Oil in the hose going from PCV to intake.

I am having a problem with oil consumption, and I think that it might be linked to the fact that there is noticeable oil in the hose going from the PCV. 

I checked the diaphragm and although it looked fine I changed it since I've ordered a replacement. 

Any idea what might be forcing the oil in there?
