kessy problem on superb MKIII

Hello, I have not found a solution for weeks. I have changed the battery in my two remote controls and the KESSY in the driver's door does not work, there were days that it worked, other times it did not, but it no longer works. In the passenger door and tailgate if it works. Any idea what that might be or if there is some way to reconfigure based on keystrokes or something? Thank you

You could try re-syncing the key though it doesn't sound as if it's the problem - but worth a go anyway?

I think it's first remove the key hole cover on the drivers door - then press the unlock button on the remote for a moment and then unlock and hold for a few moments with the key in the lock..........

Berisford.  Can you explain the process?

maybe :

1- remove cover

2 - press unlock button (remote) for 5 seconds

3 - unlock and hold for a few secods with key?

that ?

this wont fix an issue if its just the drivers door. it will need to be code scanned, could be a damaged sensor in the door or another fault.
