Had a number of OTA software updates this last week. Does anyone have any idea what any of them are for as I can't find a changelog anywhere

I didn't realise the scala had this functionality, what year is your car?

They all have it 

How do you know it's updating/updated?  Is it only limited to small infotainment system updates?

It shows a message "Downloading Updates" on the screen. As far as I remember (I could be wrong) it updates everything other than the main ECU. 

 

I've just noticed one on my wife's Scala! It's updated the UI and setting screens etc! It's also added the calendar, and other functionality to the infotainment side. It's just getting good as it's time to swap again! 

Her new car should be build week 4, which is the same week as my Octavia vRS 2.0 tfsi DSG Wagon!
