Hi group, I have a 2015 superb and needed tyre recommendations.

I need 225/45/17 94W XL tyres and wanted to see which ones you guys use and recommend.

My favourite now is the Michelin Crossclimate. Perfect for British weather, especially in rain but also good in cold conditions. Coped well with high temperature/speed continental runs. On my poverty spec I've also found them to be soooo quiet.

If you're prepared to pay premium prices, Michelin or Goodyear. If you'll go down to mid-price, Toyo Proxes T1-R.

Recirculating Button not working

Have come to use the A/C for the first time this past week and noticed that pressing the button for the recirculating air doesn’t appear to work. Button presses but nothing happens it doesn’t light up and stays off Also through the media center doesn’t do anything, wondering if anyone has come across this before? Or is it a trip to Skoda?

Is there an option to code the mode select option to pre-FL Octavia MK4 with 1.5 TSI engine? There isn't a button, obviously, since the equipment wasn't selected at purchase. However, AFAIK, you can select and customize the driving mode through the infotainment as well. Also, does the mode selection actually bring any noticeable effect on the engine responsiveness and steering feel? Thanks!

Hi All, I (unfortunately) have a tow trust towbar fitted and apart from the Skoda coding debacle, I am concerned about it's height. I know the centre of the tow ball is supposed to be between 350 mm and 420 mm when loaded with 4 people and luggage but even with lots of weight in the boot and the trailer hitched, mine is still nearer 50cm. If anyone on here has the factory fit tow towbar and an L & K estate on 18" wheels, I would be interested to know what the height the centre of your tow

I’ve seen two cars on Autotrader, both 2018 and the technical and details in the ads suggest one is 227 BHP and the other is 242. Both appear to be the facelift variant, based on the split front headlights. Is there any other way of confirming the engine BHP apart from relying on the advert contents? Thanks
