my skoda sound is not available what’s wrong?

What S/W version and head unit have you got?

The letter at the end of device part ends in a B,C,D or later

 

Software version can range from 1668 1788 1803 etc

Incorrect attachment removed.

I have had this happen a few times, infotainment glitch, normally resets itself after a short break (Switching off for a while). I have had the SOS error resolved by a software upgrade (thank goodness), but still get the occasional loss of sound fault. I guess there will be a fix at some point.
