Hi all

 

I've just acquired a set of xenon's to replace my halogens on my mk1 Vrs  and was hoping for another member who has these factory fitted to show me where the ballast on the drivers side is fixed. Passenger side is ok as it fits to back of headlight itself but the drivers side has no room so don't no where it should go. Thanks in advance.

 

Up under the slam panel, more or less in front of the alternator and oil dip stick. There's a springy galvanised clip under there. No idea

A couple of clips tie the wiring I think, the bonnet release cable outer.
