EPC are a rip off.

Price of batterys increased for winter.

Price of aircon parts increased for summer.

Always been the same.

Try Tanya batteries.

Amazing service and price i have always found to be spot on.

ECP Normally have some form of discount. I found a similar sitution with the battery in my Superb, and looked for a 'Deal' which gave me 50% off. Never pay the full price they show on the website. Check out Honey Coupons, its a discount code searching app that runs on Chrome browser. When you get to the checkout Honey will search the net for any discounts and apply them to your purchase.

What warranty, if any, are Large River offering on a battery bought through them?

And never get a lift to their trade counter when you have broken down with a failed battery.

Please dont ask me how I know

I have never used the robbing bar stewards since then, I arrived home to find that had I ordered on line it would have been half the price without any discount codes and even cheaper from them on E-bay with free delivery.

This is brilliant info. Thanks all.
Another stupid question but if ECP are so inherently overpriced how the hell do they keep going?!

Good point which I why I was suspicious. A snotogram on Large South American River media page tends to get a result 👍

I like to think that it’s some random woman selling decent priced batteries.

Just go to your local parts specialist who supply to the trade, that’ll be your best price. There’s one in every decent sized town.
in Huddersfield it’s Andrew Page. Always helpful and prices are normal all the time (eg no discount nonsense).

That means my tyres are going to be hard for around 9/10 months a year up in the sticks of northern England.
