3 times now, I get an error flash up in front of me, but it's gone before I can rully read it.  It says Error Workshop........then goes off.  I have an Octavia DSG 2017 car with 29,000 on the clock.

It's a fairly common problem with DSG cars, the switch that detects if the gear selector is in the Park position starts to fail. 

There's a part available now, that's an add-on switch that can be relatively easily retrofitted to solve the problem.

Thank you.  Will ask the garage next time I pass.  What happens if you do nothing?
