I need to update my sat nav in my spaceback sept 2014

The newest Nav files are freely downloadable. A trick with the security file allows free updates to your HU. There are many threads on here and SeatCupraNet about it.

That depends, if it's an Amundsen Plus unit then you need a single use SD card for updates, if it's a later MIB unit then you can download the files for frree from Skoda or VW portal.
