I've got a UK spec SE L including the white / grey fabric on the seats.

 

I need to clean this fabric to try and get a small blood stain out but have no idea what to use as my previous car had pretty forgiving dark fabric and leather.

 

Any recommendations on what to do or what not do to please! It looks very easy to get wrong and damage it.

Try suede cleaner 

Salt water usually removes blood stains from fabrics, although suede I have no experience of.  However, the longer the blood has been dried, the less effect the treatment may have.
