Hi All

ive been waiting for my new L&K Superb estate since May and I still don’t have a build date !! Through treading forums I have noticed that Skoda has removed the Canton sound system from all new vehicles and this was a standard feature on the L&K spec I chose earlier this year.  Has anyone else been impacted by this and if so have you challenged your dealer?
I’m sure they’ve covered themselves through small print and out of all the features this is very much a nice to have however I’m still annoyed by the principle and lack of comms from Skoda there has been zero recognition and reduction on the price .

Have you asking Skoda UK Customer Services about your actual order & build date and changes as well as asking the Supplying Dealership?

 

It seems amazing to me that cars are going to arrive in 2022 that were ordered so long ago without an increase in price.

The Chip Shortage and other factors must have had a huge affect on availability of many components and systems.
