Do not buy an Enyaq. I have bought an Enyaq 60 IV. So intelligent that as it came with 21inch alloys it apparently does not need a tool kit to remove the wheels. So have to buy a tyre iron, jack, and plastic wheel nut removal tool to get the wheels off.

Also does not have an app for it, well it just does not work.

Cannot tell if my £1000 heat pump is in the vehicle.

The 21 inch wheels have self sealing tyres apparently, so some of the tools are not needed.  The ones are in the car should be underneath the boot floor at the back of the boot.

I can't help you with the app, but if you have the heat pump you just need to look under the bonnet.

There is a sticker at the front with the refrigerant used by the aircon.

If it says R1234yf, then it is just standard aircon.  If it says R744 than you have the heat pump fitted.

Many modern cars don't come with a spare wheel for various reasons. According to the AA, over 80% of drivers do not know how, or do not want to change a wheel themselves - so car manufacturers have removed them and included sealant, and provided drivers with breakdown cover on new cars instead. Gives more boot space and reduces weight which improves the economy figures.

If there's no spare wheel, there's no need for a jack or wheelbrace to be supplied with the car. And in theory self seal tyres mean no need for compressor and sealant, but in practice it's not always up to the job. So most people opt to buy their own compressor and sealant for about £15.

If any tools are included in a car, they are for emergency use only - not for use twice a year to swap summers for winters etc. And as mentioned, it´s normal for new cars not to have such tools included, since they either have "self healing" tires or a emergency compressor with some tire sealer. So I really don´t understand the fuzz; if you need to do brake work or swap tires around, you will have to buy proper tools no matter what.

Remember setting the tyre pressures and resetting the TPMS.
