Hello Experts

Apologies in advance if this topic has been covered in previous threads. I just couldn’t navigate through this site to fins the right answer for my question.

I bought a Skoda Kodiaq SE 2018, 2.0L TDI.

I can only connect via USB cable in order to have AppleCar Play.

is there any way I can upgrade/ pay extra to have this facility without having to use wire.

Thank you once again for your patience with this.

There is probably a 3rd party gadget workaround but afaik, Wireless carplay has only been available during the last 12 months.

The only thing I would add to this discussion is that wireless CarPlay can eat your battery for breakfast... so unless you have a wireless charging pad to put your phone on, I'd just continue plugging the cable in.
