Rear washer jet adjustable?

Hello all, I notice the rear nozzle is missing the window completely and getting a few drops onto the actual wiper. I had a look and it appeared to be a small, solid grey plastic ball with a slit in it.

 

I fiddled with it for a bit but didn't want to use too much force as it wasn't moving.

 

Is it adjustable and if so, how? Cheers for reading.
