Canton subwoofer doesn't work

Featured Replies

Hello,
I have Skoda Octavia 3 Combi, 2016 with Canton sound system.

I notice that my sub-woofer in trunk space doesn't work.

I checked with VCDS program and this are two faults:

I also checked wires on sub-woofer and it seems OK:

What could be wrong?

Thanks for help!

Wiring between Canton amp and sub-woofer?

Seems strange that both halves of the sub-woofer are reported as open circuit, sounds more like an amp (or power/ground to amp) problem to me?

Hello,

Did you manage to solve your issue?

I observed on my newly purchased 2018 Octavia that the subwoofer in the trunk (combi) doesn't work as well.

Thanks,

Tudor
