2013 TDI engine vibrate and shake when is on hold

Hi dear all.

My 2013 TDI Octavia's engine, vibrate and shake strongly after cold start.

Rpm tachometer hands fixed on 750rpm. When I press gas pedal a bit, shakes disappear, approx at 900rpm.

When the engine warm up, vibration decrease but not disappear completely when caar is still on stand.

Any idea for this situation?

I checked with vcds cable for error. No error. I control with vcds injection value, photos is here.
