I have a head gasket leak and gonna get head skimmed to be safe but how much roughly would it cost

It going to vary between companies, local to me it is around £40-60 for a standard head.

How long is a piece of string? ;) Seriously, the likely charge will depend on where you are, and how much needs to come off the head.

 

Speaking of head jobs on a PD150, you do know to use Seat PD150 head bolts?
