2014 octavia vrs tdi fwd conversion to awd is it possible?

 

If so any body know of any company willing to undertake the job?

Thinking from a mechanical point of view:

You would need a new gearbox with the matching drive shafts and rear diff. Plus all the wiring for the modules. The rear suspension may work but I imagine some modification or different parts would needed there too. The whole hub, carrier, brake assembly would probably need changing too to allow for the drive shafts.

 

Unless you can find a written off scout I'd say it not worth the effort. Better off modding a scout to make it faster and handle better or swapping for a golf R/superb 4x4.

Technically yes, but you'd need new gearbox and rear suspension, and I think a new floor pan scuttle back...

Possible? Yep; probably.
 

Worth doing over just buying one? Nope. 

Pretty sure the fuel tank is different as well. From what I recall of looking under a MK2 scout, it's a saddle tank that goes over the prop shaft.
