Similar to my other thread, I am working through the personalisation options on my recently acquired 2019 Octavia SE L and was under the impression that the electric folding wing mirror positions could be set per user profile (So depending on the person driving (or whose key is in use) the mirrors would go to the preset position).  Is this incorrect - I cannot get it to remember the position based on profile.

Do you have electric front seats?

 

If not, you probably won't have memory motors in the wing mirrors so it can't remember mirror positions...

That's the one thing I wish I had, electric seats so it would do positions and wing mirror positions, based on our keys.

You need electric seats plus the memory option not just electric seats.
