Can you get replacement divides for the rear window? It looks the rubber could be one piece for the whole door.

Anybody came across a solution for this before?

Come the warmer weather, unless you have a heated garage, you could perhaps try straightening out the rubber strip by applying reasonable heat and clamping, perhaps to some planed  wood.
