Yeah, i saw 1 heading north on the M6 on thursday. Probably heading to Heysham for the ferry. Looked very cool. pre- waste fuel spec. :D

I read somewhere last week that the are so many spares for these that one of the companies that repairs/restores these will build you a new one from scratch for £20K (think it was in the US)

I'm digging up an old thread here, but I thought I'd post that I was at the DeLorean Owners Club meet a few weekends ago. It was the 25th Anniversary of the first DMC12 to roll off the production line, and we were in Norfolk for some laps of the Lotus Test track where the car was tested and developed.

It was an awesome weekend. Lots of Deloreans, and made lots of friends with the owners. Big dinners, and a day by the sea with Fish & Chips. Lots of driving about in Stainless Steel cars. I got a ride in an S1 Standard Elise and a S2 111R around the track as well.
