The headlights become blurry

Kodiaq MY2019, LED headlights.

Headlight at right side has some colored spot in the area where LED beam is going through.

Headlight at left side has become a bit blurry wherever the ED beam has shining  through.

My warranty has expired last year. Can I get replacement of the affected parts? is there a claim like "the ife expectancy of the part should be much longer"... or so?

Others have experienced this and had them replaced under warranty, but not without a fight.
