I purchased a Skoda Kamiq SEL in February 2021 part exchanging a Skoda Octavia 2.0 Diesel DSG.

I set up Skoda Connect and all was good. 

I used the app to send destination to car and all went well until after a few months destinations although it stated  "sent to vehicle".

It worked intermittently until failing altogether.

I've contacted Skoda Tech Services on many occasions but although they acknowledged the fault persists.

Has anyone out there experienced this fault ?

Skoda Connect service is only free for the first year. If you haven’t paid the second year subscription could be why it doesn’t now work.

It’s not a very useful system anyway. I didn’t even bother activating it on my last car. This time dealership activated it for me but over last month or so it hasn’t been available and it’s still well within the first free year!

I think there's a gremlin in the system somewhere, as I've had the same error message. Logging out (press the "leave" button in your image) and signing in again kicks it up the bum

Thanks for that but will probably just delete the App as I don’t think it’s of much use to me and I would grudge having to pay for it in year two and beyond!
