Buzzing Sound From Passenger Dash

Anyone come across buzzing from dashboard.  As I've got the airbag out thought I'd see if I can sort it   But can't locate the sound, where it's from?  It only happens for a short while when ignition turned on and the buzzing stops after engine running for about 20 seconds.  Sometimes it just comes back on again whilst driving
