Help.  I have just purcharsed a New Kamiq SE and love it. the problem I have is the app.

It will not unlock some of the online services . Have spoken to the garage where I purchased it and to Skoda online but too no joy.

The world icon in the car is always grey. I have done numerous Factory resets reinstalled the app over and over.

Anyone else had this problem?

Yes.

 

The dealer didn't upload my ID to the Skoda severs. They were adamant they did it but they did not.

 

I called Skoda Czechia and they emailed the dealership which fixed it in a day. They were full of bs.

 

Also don't let them try to say your car doesn't support it, it does.

I have Skoda support phoning back today.  I will chase that up. 

All sorted thanks to Skoda customer service.  Garage had not uploaded my details.
