Replacement radio for Columbus for 2010 elegance hatchback

Hi there, I've read a lot of threads on this but still unsure of what applies for my car.

Octavia elegance 2010 hatchback.

Current radio satnav has fault see pics.

I'd like to plug in another radio ideally without any changes.

I wondered what radio/satnav models would work?

Does it have to have the exact same serial number? Code number? Other numbers? 

I see lots on ebay but not sure if they will really fit or work.

Read about RCD510DAB for eg. but I'm not 100% if it would fit, work ok or need new trim etc. I'm open to any suggestions and grateful for any advice.
