Any idea what you would replace them with

Michelin cross climate 2 seem to be good choice (but not cheap as paying for long lasting quality)

I have Cross Climate 2's on my wife's Fiesta and they have been excellent.

Good grip in dry, wet, hot, cold, whatever.  Can't comment on their wear as I don't do many miles, but they really do grip well in all conditions on my wife's car.

It's a fairly low-powered 1.4TDCI it must be said, but I do chuck it about a bit and the CC2's work very well on the Fiesta.

Agreed.  I have CrossClimate + on the Yeti and I use all of its 185 bhp and 300 lbs-ft a lot of the time as well as its bigger front brakes and XDS enabled on the front axle.

I particularly like the steering feel that the rounded tread profile provides.

Testing them back to back on snow with the Dunlop Winter Sport D5 that we use on the Karoq in the winter, the biggest difference between them is under braking but even

there, the Michelins are impressive.

I believe that CrossClimate2 might be even better.

After perhaps the worlds longest deliberation, I have the car booked in for a fresh new set of Goodyear Vector 4 Season Gen 3’s. The previous tyres just went through the MOT, but as I have a skiing road trip in early March I thought now would be a good time. I’m actually rather excited about getting them and have become obsessed with researching tyres. I look at every car I walk past to see what tyres they have. Is this normal?!?!

Coupled with the panoramic roof out repair, this has been a rather pricey month.
