Help! I have Skoda Laura (2011)DSG gearbox Automatich. My issue is when I am shifting gear from D(drive) to R(reverse), my car is not reversing and when I am driving forward, my car is running as if I am driving on first gear and the D option blinks on the screen. When I restart the car it's getting normal. How can I fix this and what this issue is can some educate me with this. Thanks

Is it a Tiptronic gearbox?

If so has it ever had a Transmission Fluid change over the last 11 years even if Skoda showed that as not required?

Yes, it's a tirtonic gearbox and I can see the error in the software check 19143

Never changed the transmission fluid oil

I would think you need to go see an Automatic Gearbox Specialist unless someone here knows what the issue is going to be having had the same in the past, 

but that does not get your car fixed.

That was my first thought from your original past; you need to change the transmission fluid (or get a garage to do it; used transmission fluid is horrible smell stuff).
