Weird additional noise under load - 1.5 TSI

I've begun to notice a weird noise that can best be described as sounding like the exhaust is leaking or the revs are simply louder for a brief second under load in 2nd gear. I can hear it when the window is down and I'm driving close to a wall as a sort of intermittent metallic rattle when the accelerator pedal is being depressed. It also manifests itself most clearly on first start up if you rev the car, then it quickly seems to vanish but return later.

Anything to worry about?

It's a 2020 1.5 TSI with 52k miles.
