Has anyone got a tech support phone number for JVC Mobile? I've looked ont heir website and cant' see anything :(

My head unit is refusing to skip 10 folders. A little annoying with 103 albums on the disc. The manual clearly states that I have to press "mode"+"disc skip" but it doesnt do it.

We have a JVC telly which needed a repair. Phoned them up and they were great,

"No problem sir, just take it to blahdy blahdy blahdy blah who is your nearest authorised repairer"

Yeah, ok but it's a fecking 28" wide screen CRT - you don't just slip it under your arm and trot off with it. It's two man lift!!

My first KD-AVX1 went belly up so I emailed them about it and they were fairly straightforward with the response (does it show fault code xyz blah blah)

They always tell you to take it to the nearest regional service centre which is rather crud to be honest so I got in touch with the dealer (caraudiodirect) and they sent me a replacement immediately.
