Karoq Fuel Consumption

km/L ?   That's a new one on me.  Wonder where that originated from. I thought both China and Japan were L/100km so assumed the whole Far East would be the same.

Any other countries use km/l?

I don't know where this measure is used, but it has always been one of three choices for most, if not all, my recent cars. Must use it somewhere!

km/L

I see it becoming more and more popular in Italy.

Generally marketing sales department still using L/100 to advertise but kmpl is a more commonly used by owners be it in india thailand malaysia or singapore.

Guess its easier to translate to your daily usage. Ie when u fuel up u are paying per litre. So how far can u go on that litre.

However i do recall 10 over years ago cars which fc displayed fc calculations only had the L/100km format. Thank god they have options to select now adays.
