It will boost fantastic then I can be just pottering along go to use the accelerator and no boost limp home mode. Turn off and back on and it boosts again. Never goes off under boost just off boost. Remap? If so, who's?

Before investigating mechanical reasons it would be a good idea to scan the car for codes.

One of my friends mapped it. He knows what he's doing before anything is said😂 thought ad get tht in there. It had overboost underboost Cant remember the actual code but I noticed a boost hose had slip so tightened it back up and it's boosting good now.. is it worth getting a car wrapped?

How long is a piece of string...

And still has overboost errors based on your original posting.

Other than clear plastic wraps on a pristine original colour vehicle, wrapping is an aesthetic choice. Just don't expect everyone else to love your lime green and purple "hippie scheme", your "pink pig", or Berlin Brigade camouflage or whatever.

Overboost often the result of sticky vnt turbo vanes. No idea if your car is suffering from that or if your remap and other mods could be affecting the fault or the way it presents.

Clear the faults logged and drive and see how you get on in terms of what repeats.

Good news guys fixed the problem. One of my boost hoses wasn't seated properly on the intercooler. Clipped it in again and so far no limp home or fault codes.
