Smartlink Setup

Featured Replies

My Skoda Rapid does not have smartlink set up. Is there a code to enter or something I can do to enable it without having to visit a dealer? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I had mine activated last year on my Skoda Rapid. Took it to Skoda in the end and paid I think £150. I gave the car to the wife shortly after and she says it was worth the money and works well.

A lot of places on the internet advertise a activation service.

I got mine done for about £80 .

I paid my money then was sent a link to download some code. I copied the code to a SD card followed the instructions on the screen and it was completed in less than 5 minutes. I have been using it for over a year and I am very happy with it.

If you look at YouTube you can find instructions on how to do it for free.

I know a guy on Facebook doing it for 50EUR, sent me the latest firmware and then the activation codes (need to send your VIN number for those).

Worked for my 2017 mib2 Amundsen.
