Wind deflectors mk2 estate

Featured Replies

Can anyone link a suitable set for F&R wind deflectors? I have ordered a set of team heko ones off eBay and they are around an inch too large, I’ll attach a photo. Did anyone else have this issue? When I manage to squeeze both ends in place the middle of the deflector is bowed out and the window doesn’t close. Don’t want to force it incase it breaks.

My TeamHeko fit  perfect on all four windows

You do need to force fit them to get them in place

Also the team heko can be polished out😁

Hi @DEL80Y

thanks for the reply.

Did you have any issues with the deflectors being too long at the front? They now fit however the right hand side is jammed between the window seal at the door near the mirror but left hand side is fine?

I’ll get pictures on my dinner break.

It requires the Robert the Bruce Spider technik.   They are all moulded the right length and the cars are identical.   You have to retry fitting and when you get that right they fit.  Then you see where you were getting it wrong.

@toot I’d thought about remove & refit however wasn’t sure if this would make the sticky adhesive useless? I can’t seem to fit the clips properly and the adhesive is the only thing keeping it in place lol

thanks

Got the T-shirt. Actually loads.  Over the years I found once warm enough and fitted right most did not need the clips.  As for ones taped on, I have lost many of those.  Well usually just 1 side.
